  1. Make the mixture

    In a bowl, combine: oats, honey, peanut butter, seeds, nuts, salt and vanilla.

    Mix until fully combined.

  1. Shape

    Scoop and roll into small balls.

    Place balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate.

  1. Melt the chocolate

    Melt chocolate gently in the microwave or over a double boiler. Stir until smooth.

  1. Dip and set

    Dip each ball into melted chocolate.

    Place back on tray.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
