Instructions

  1. Marinade chicken

    Mix milk and pickle juice in a bowl. Season with spices.
    Add chicken strips and marinate for at least an hour.

  1. Prepare coating

    In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper and salt.

  1. Coat chicken

    Remove chicken from marinade and let excess drip off.
    Coat each piece in the flour-cornstarch mixture, pressing lightly to stick.

  1. Cook chicken

    Fry in hot oil until golden and cooked through

  1. Make garlic parmesan coating

    Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
    Turn off heat, then mix in parmesan, parsley and chili flakes if using.

  1. Finish

    Toss hot chicken tenders in the garlic parmesan sauce and serve.
