Drain, rinse briefly under cold water to stop the cooking, and let it cool completely.

In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, crushed garlic, salt, mint and olive oil to create a smooth, creamy consistency that coats the pasta.

Cook the beef
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef, seven spice, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked.

Mix the pasta
Add the cooled pasta to the yogurt mixture and gently toss until every piece is evenly coated.
Transfer to a serving dish.
