Description

A rich and nostalgic Lebanese no-bake dessert made with chocolate and crunchy biscuits, chilled to perfection and sliced into beautiful mosaic pieces. Easy, quick, and irresistibly delicious.

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate mixture

    Melt chocolate and butter on a double boiler or in the microwave until shiny and smooth.

    Remove aside, add condensed milk, vanilla and cacao powder. Mix until well combined.

  1. Mix with biscuits

    Crush biscuits into big chunks. 

    Add the chocolate mixture over and gently fold until all the biscuits are coated with the chocolate.

  1. Shape and chill

    Transfer mixture onto a parchment paper and shape into a log. Alternatively, you can press the mixture into a loaf pan.

    Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

    Slice and serve!
