These healthy brownie balls are rich, fudgy, and naturally sweetened with dates. Made with wholesome ingredients, they're the perfect no-bake snack or healthier dessert.

  1. Prepare the balls

    If your dates are hard, soak them in hot water for 10 minutes.

    Add soaked dates, oat flour, peanut butter, cacao powder, salt and vanilla to a food processor.

    Blend until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together when pressed. If it's too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time.

    Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.

  1. Chill the balls

    Chill for 20–30 minutes to firm up.

  1. Dip in chocolate

    Melt chocolate with coconut oil. Dip each ball into the chocolate so it is evenly coated.
