Mix milk and pickle juice in a bowl. Season with spices.
Add chicken strips and marinate for at least an hour.
In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper and salt.
Remove chicken from marinade and let excess drip off.
Coat each piece in the flour-cornstarch mixture, pressing lightly to stick.
Fry in hot oil until golden and cooked through
