Prepare the balls
If your dates are hard, soak them in hot water for 10 minutes.
Add soaked dates, oat flour, peanut butter, cacao powder, salt and vanilla to a food processor.
Blend until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together when pressed. If it's too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.

Chill for 20–30 minutes to firm up.

Melt chocolate with coconut oil. Dip each ball into the chocolate so it is evenly coated.
