This soy garlic salmon bowl is one of those meals that feels fresh, balanced, and satisfying all at once. The salmon is glazed in a rich soy garlic sauce that becomes sticky and flavorful as it cooks, while the fresh salad keeps everything light and refreshing.
The combination of creamy avocado, crunchy cucumber, and edamame adds texture and freshness that pairs perfectly with warm rice and savory salmon. It’s the kind of bowl that looks impressive but comes together surprisingly easily.
Perfect for quick dinners, meal prep, or anytime you want something nourishing that still feels comforting.
