Toss the shrimp paprika, garlic powder, cumin, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Avoid overcooking.
Mash the avocados with lemon juice, red onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper until smooth or slightly chunky.
Combine the mango, bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, chili flakes and salt in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
