Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until just tender. Drain, rinse well with cold water and set aside.
Toss the sliced chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and black pepper.
Heat a little oil in a large wok or pan over high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
