Prepare the filling
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Sauté diced onions and the white part of green onions until soft
- Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Remove from heat
- Let cool slightly
- In a bowl, add spinach, the cooked mix, egg, feta, herbs, green onions and all other ingredients. Mix well until well combined
